Mr. Barbieri practices corporate law, handling M&A’s and corporate finance. He represents mostly capital users in a variety of transactions, including secured and unsecured single and multiple lender credit facilities. His practice involves complex real-estate transactions and real-estate finance, including corporate real estate services, secured lending, and real property acquisitions and dispositions of portfolio and single asset transactions, with a broad geographic coverage. His practice also includes advising clients regarding all their intellectual-property rights, as well as software and other technology-related areas. Mr. Barbieri represents clients in state and federal courts across the country in various business disputes.
