Defended a nationwide independent adjusting firm in connection with claims brought by a multi-location car dealer for negligence, deceptive trade practices, and insurance code violations arising out of the adjustment firm’s alleged acts and omissions in adjusting property damage resulting from a catastrophic hail storm. After a two week trial, obtained a defense verdict for adjusting firm.
