Kessler and Collins prosecutes trademarks before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (the “USPTO”), and in Canada, Mexico and Europe, through various strategic alliances. Our attorneys have extensive experience with responding to USPTO office actions and other proceedings before the USPTO and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. The firm also provides counseling to clients on protecting and using their trademarks and service marks, as well as protecting their corporate and product identities with the USPTO and international trademark offices.
