Kessler & Collins was the first law firm in the Southwest to serve the needs of commercial property owners, managers and leasing agents with a dedicated Property Management and Leasing Group. We have extensive experience in all areas of real estate ownership, leasing and development. Our clients include national and local real estate development companies as well as individual investors. This group presently represents five of the top ten property management and leasing companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area as identified by the Dallas Business Journal as well as several Fortune 500 companies who seek our expertise and experience on Texas real estate law. We routinely handle all the matters listed above as well as other real estate related matters.
Kessler & Collins takes pride in being at the forefront of continuing education for members of the real estate community. As a friend of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), we have actively participated in such events as its annual Law Conference, and have developed the curriculum for several of these conferences. As an affiliate member of BOMA (Building Owners & Managers Association), we have provided seminars and sponsored many events. Several of our attorneys are members of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and we have spoken at numerous ICSC events including its Law Conference and national Spring Convention. Our firm has members of ULI (Urban Land Institute) and have provided panelists for ULI national meetings, and we regularly provide seminars in-house for our commercial real estate property management and leasing clients.
