Kimberley calls on that experience to ensure keen attention is given to details impacting her clients, cases and colleagues. Highly experienced in all phases of litigation, including document control and analysis, database management, drafting discovery requests and responses, preparing for depositions/mediations/arbitrations/trials, and providing trial support, she has a reputation for delivering excellence and on-time delivery, even in challenging situations.
Kimberley also worked for 6 years as a consultant strategically planning and managing change initiatives for roughly 75% of the Am Law 100 and 200 law firms. Project examples: updated operating system with new/updated software integration; new hardware implementation; creation of new workflows and processes; the design and execution of “best in class” training and security awareness programs for optimal user adoption.
A native of Maine, Kimberley enjoys living in a climate where she does not have to shovel snow. She also enjoys singing, musical theatre, oil and acrylic painting lessons, travel, and riding roller coasters and other thrill rides.
