  • Representing safety staffing company in connection with wrongful death and severe personal injury lawsuits arising from injuries allegedly suffered by team of electricians working on multi-million dollar commercial/industrial construction project.
  • Representing North Texas pyrotechnic show company in connection with alleged injuries sustained when fireworks were shot into a crowd of spectators.
  • Defending North Texas delivery/distribution company against personal injury claims arising from alleged negligent training/supervision of employee engaged in delivery activities.
  • Defending UTV manufacturer/distributor in connection with product defect claims arising from alleged inadequacy of designs and warnings associated with popular model of recreational vehicle.
  • Obtained exceedingly favorable settlement on behalf of entertainment venue in connection with alleged injuries resulting from a slip and fall.
  • Employed by Besso Ltd. which is a leading Lloyds of London insurance placing broker in the Lloyds’ insurance market and acted as placing broker for insuring US risks in property, casualty and professional indemnity insurance policies.
