With over two decades of experience, Trey’s practice specializes in commercial real estate transactions, assisting clients across Texas and nationally, in a wide range of acquisition, development, leasing, financing and construction related matters.

Trey enjoys working with both new and experienced business owners to help build projects and create new businesses. Developers, landlords and tenants appreciate that Trey offers a practical approach to transactions and seeks to find efficient and effective solutions to get deals across the finish line, while always maintaining respect for all parties involved.  Trey has extensive experience in commercial leasing, from both the landlord and tenant perspective, and regularly handles franchisee retail leasing matters.

Trey lives in east Dallas with his wife and two children. Outside of work, when not supporting kids’ sports and activities, Trey enjoys travelling with his family and friends and regularly supports the Texas Longhorns and Dallas sports teams.
