Overview

Bailey is a business-focused lawyer with an emphasis on litigation and dispute resolution. She has worked on cases involving damages in the multimillions and represents companies in a wide range of commercial matters. Drawing on her litigation experience, Bailey helps clients resolve disputes efficiently while also developing strategies to minimize risk and avoid litigation whenever possible. She partners with business leaders to provide practical, strategic guidance that balances immediate legal needs with long-term business objectives.

 

Bailey earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she gained diverse practical and academic experience. As a Notes Editor for the SMU Science and Technology Law Review, she refined her writing and editing skills while staying at the forefront of emerging technologies. She also participated in the W. W. Caruth, Jr. Child Advocacy Clinic, representing abused and neglected children in the welfare court system. In this role, she served as both Guardian Ad Litem and Attorney Ad Litem in the Dallas County Juvenile District Courts, conducting direct and cross-examinations on behalf of her clients. In addition, she interned in the legal department of an ATM manufacturing company, where she developed experience in regulatory issues, fintech, compliance, data privacy, and employment law.

 

A New Jersey native, Bailey honed her professional expertise working for a global supply chain company and an international law firm in New York City before pursuing law school. She earned her undergraduate degree from Saint Louis University, double majoring in Political Science and American Studies.

 

When she’s not at Kessler Collins, Bailey enjoys spending time on the Katy Trail with her dog, Rocky, and playing golf.
