Wesley Remschel is an associate in the firm’s litigation group and focuses his practice on commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Kessler Collins, Wesley served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Texas Office of the Attorney General’s Tax Litigation Division, where he defended Texas state agencies in complex corporate tax controversy matters. Wesley also has a background in financial services regulatory compliance, having worked for a global cryptocurrency firm where he helped ensure the company’s practices met the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.
