Overview
Bailey specializes in a broad range of litigation and transactional matters, including commercial disputes, business strategy, and regulatory compliance. Bailey takes a forward-thinking, holistic approach, combining timely solutions with strategic foresight to anticipate and address clients’ evolving needs.
At Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, Bailey has gained diverse practical and academic experience. As a Notes Editor for the SMU Science and Technology Law Review, she has refined her writing and editing skills while staying at the forefront of emerging technologies. Bailey participated in the W. W. Caruth, Jr. Child Advocacy Clinic, where she represented abused and neglected children in the welfare court system. In this role, she served as both Guardian Ad Litem and Attorney Ad Litem in the Dallas County Juvenile District Courts, where she conducted direct and cross-examinations on behalf of her clients. Bailey also interned in the legal department of an ATM manufacturing company, where she gained experience in regulatory issues, fintech, compliance, and employment law.
A New Jersey native, Bailey honed her professional expertise working for a global supply chain company and an international law firm in New York City before pursuing law school. Bailey earned her undergraduate degree from Saint Louis University, double majoring in Political Science and American Studies.
When she’s not at Kessler Collins or focused on her legal studies at SMU, Bailey enjoys spending time on the Katy Trail with her dog, Rocky, and playing golf.
Bailey is set to graduate from SMU Dedman School of Law in May 2025 and plans to take the Multi-State Bar Exam in July 2025.
