Overview
Kyle began her legal career at Kessler Collins as a member of the 2023 Summer Associate class, where she quickly earned an invitation to return and continue working with the corporate transactional group while completing her law degree at Texas A&M School of Law. Focusing primarily on corporate transactions, commercial real estate, and healthcare law, she has developed invaluable hands-on experience and a strong understanding of complex legal and transactional issues across a wide range of nuanced practice areas.
An honors graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Business, Kyle brings a strong interdisciplinary foundation to her legal practice. Her academic and professional background uniquely positions her to address complex legal challenges with insight and precision. Kyle returned to Kessler Collins as an associate after earning her J.D. from Texas A&M School of Law, where she served as a Student Ambassador, Senior Staff Member of the Journal of Property Law, BARBRI Student Representative, and Research Assistant contributing to faculty scholarship.
She brings a deep passion for bridging science, law, and business—drawing on her technical academic background to help clients navigate the complex regulatory and compliance landscape of the healthcare industry. With a blend of academic excellence, practical experience, and an unwavering commitment to client service, she delivers thoughtful, strategic legal solutions. When not at the firm, Kyle can be found spending time with her three “nephews” or perfecting her skills as an at-home baker.
