Overview

Kyle began her legal career at Kessler Collins as a member of our 2023 Summer Associate class, quickly earning an invitation to return to the firm and continue working with the corporate transactional group while completing her law degree at Texas A&M School of Law. Focusing primarily on corporate transactions, commercial real estate, and healthcare law, Kyle has gained invaluable hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of transactional work and complex legal issues across a wide range of nuanced practice areas.

An honors graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Business, Kyle’s academic and professional background uniquely positions her to tackle complex legal challenges. She is passionate about leveraging the insights into the intersection of science, law, and business gleaned from her technical academic training to help clients navigate the regulatory and compliance challenges inherent in the healthcare industry.

At Texas A&M School of Law, Kyle has been an active leader and dedicated student, serving as Student Ambassador, Senior Staff Member of the Journal of Property Law, BARBRI Student Representative, and contributing to faculty scholarship as a Research Assistant. Her combination of academic excellence, unique practical experience, and unwavering commitment to clients’ needs makes her a valuable asset to both the firm and its clients.

After graduating in May and passing the July 2025 Bar, Kyle will return for her third year at Kessler Collins and begin as an associate, where she will continue to expand her multi-faceted expertise in corporate transactions and deliver thoughtful, strategic, client-centered legal solutions.

When not at the firm or law school, Kyle can be found spending time with her three “nephews” (Ryder, Daxton, and Josiah) or perfecting her skills as an at-home baker.
