Overview

Zecharias is an experienced transactional attorney whose practice spans healthcare law, corporate transactions, commercial and residential real estate, construction law, estate planning, licensing, and business formation. He is known for providing practical, solutions-oriented counsel that helps clients navigate complex transactions and regulatory challenges with confidence.

Zecharias earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s School of Law, where he was both a Dean’s Scholarship Recipient and Legal Fellowship Recipient. During law school, he served as a representative for the State Bar of Texas Law Student Division, worked as an administrative assistant in the Career Services Office, and served as a research assistant at the Sarita Kennedy East Law Library.

Prior to joining Kessler Collins, P.C., Zecharias served as in-house counsel for a healthcare system, where he advised on high-value projects across a broad range of legal and business matters. This experience provided him with a practical understanding of the legal, operational, and strategic considerations that organizations face.

Recognized for his responsiveness and client-centered approach, Zecharias has managed relationships with hundreds of clients and built a reputation for delivering tailored legal guidance aligned with each client’s objectives. He is committed to helping businesses, healthcare providers, and individuals achieve their goals through thoughtful, efficient, and results-driven legal counsel.

Outside of his practice, Zecharias enjoys spending time with his family, reading, exploring new restaurants and cuisines, and attending Dallas Cowboys games.
